Dear ECMN ECW Friends, and others having opportunities to help spread this information:
At our ECMN Spring Meeting in May we announced the Province ECW Summer Meeting and Women's Retreat would be a weekend at the Franciscan Center, but the Province ECW Board has changed the venue to a Zoom meeting after finding that some women in other dioceses found airline tickets to Mpls. would be very costly and they could not attend. Also, we want you to sign up even if you cannot send money at this time - what we really want is to have everyone present! The theme is SOS - Save Our Serenity!
The Province Board received a grant and decided to instead meet the same weekend by Zoom on the afternoon of Saturday, July 22. This will make it possible for all Province Churchwomen to attend. We are copying this to others who can help spread the news .
Think about inviting friends to come to your home to join you - to make it feel more like we are gathering face-to-face!
Send your registration (see the attached form and retreat speaker bios) to Province Secretary Samar Fay ASAP so that she can confirm your info and email handouts and worksheets back to you for the presentations.
