Medical Trust health benefits are part of the journey, ensuring that you have access to care. Review your benefits to see if they will continue to meet your needs in 2023, and make any plan selection changes by November 2. |

Visit cpg.org/annualenrollment to learn about, evaluate, and select your 2023 Medical Trust benefits. You will need your Client ID number to access your personal information. We included it in the package that we mailed to your home in a green envelope earlier this month. If you do not have your Client ID number, sign in to MyCPG Accounts to obtain it, or contact Client Services at (866) 802-6333, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM ET. If you don’t make a change, your current benefit choices will continue in 2023. Any rate changes will apply. If your current medical plan is not being offered next year, you will need to enroll in a new plan or else you will not have Medical Trust coverage in 2023.
